Below is a collection of terms and descriptions/Quips I want to use at some point. 

A ripsnorting good time. 

Dragged kicking and screaming, nails scrabbling at the linoleum. 

A brand of stupidity so expensive that only the true idiot can afford it. 

A nose like the tower of lebanon. (this is an actual description in song of solomon) 

Ah yes, the People’s Opinions. They give them with such magnanimity. Were it not for these generous gifts we would be lost, guided only by principles and conviction.  

ramblings about writing.

What a dilemma I face. I must write a character who is not bland. Not a simple man, continent to sit at his computer and write fiction. A warrior, a hero, one who leads and inspires. 

Pretend Oh pretender that you are not a pretense. Look deep, into your soul. See there, the warrior lies asleep.

ramblings when thinking back to my job.

Respect! And the lack thereof.

Like a spart to tender, brightly I burn. 

A red flare in the heart of a black calm ocean. 

Sputtering, spitting, committing to action, order, and chaos. 

Strike now, words barded and dripping with the poison of spite. 

Regret makes its face known, baleful continence demanding a culling of pride. 

An uneasy apology must be made. 

Forgiveness is snatched and tucked into a pocket to be forgotten. 

ramblings while listening to classical music.

Tempo in flight, winging its way, over mountains, through valleys, across skies. 

On the wings of a violin I fly. Hummingbird quick. Soaring with the trumpets. 

Yet my wings cannot carry, the destination is too far, the air too thin, the sun too bright. 

The orchestra is but a fragment of a key to the gates of heaven. 

The smallest piece of a song sung from the beginning of eternity, 

The merest syllable of the angel’s song. 

Come the day the songs of the earth will rise in harmony, 

Earth’s song joining with Heaven’s

Declaring Holy holy holy.
