Power in perfected form grows from thoughts of faith. What strength have I?
What goodness is in my soul? I fall, willing, to evil.
Yet power is brought forth, it is poured upon me.
Purpose is my path.
The Word is my light.
Through freedom I dip my hand into that which is not my own.
Like honey to the hungry, water to the thirsty, air to the drowning, is purpose to my soul.
From birth I was shaped by a Master of the arts.
Am I to be a stone cast at giants? Fling me and I shall do battle.
Am I fodder for a fire? Burn me, and I will burn brightly.
Am I to be the one sent? Here I am Lord, send me.
What greater calling is there than to die for the Lord?
Surely only that of living for him.
When I consider, and ponder on how I have been shaped my soul sings out.
“Glory to God! For he has made me with Purpose. How I long to serve him.”
